Activities: married rick valenti in 69. had 2 daughters and
now have 8 grandkids. been in british columbia since 72. rick
was a corporate man most of our married life and i a stay home
mom who did a lot of community volunteer work. became a visual
artist for a few years then went into guitar playing/singing
which has lasted 28 yrs. lots of gigging.
rick retired from business and became a harmonica player but
also got back into business via commercial property purchases.
we still gig together with the cowgirl julie, sidekick rick
show. moved to a ski resort 18 mos. ago in the interior of b.c.--apex
mt. resort--35 minutes outside of penticton and 45 min. from
summerland where we lived when joann harris lacey and her hubby
came to visit. now our life revolves around downhill skiing
in the winter and spending time with 2 daughters and their families
in bellingham, wash. where they live and we have a house on
a lake that we bought when our girls were toddlers. now we have
the grandkids there! we host a lot of parties too so if anyone
we knew from hsc wants to visit a beautiful mountain or lake,
get in touch. we'll make a party happen anytime!
