Retired - US Army,
Graduated from Michigan State U. with a BS in Horticulture. 2 years in the Peace Corps, assigned to the Philippines as an agronomist. Enlisted in the Army. Attended officer candidate school. Worked for Southland Corp as a convenience store manager. Reentered Army. Retired in October with rank of Lt Colonel, Healthcare Operations. Obtain MBA and MPA while in the Army. Currently the outreach liaison, San Antonio Red Cross, Armed Forces Emergency Services Directorate. Certified as a Master Gardener in Texas. Highly active with the San Antonio Botanical Society. Working as an administrator in telehealth. Married since 1973 to my Filipina assistant whom I met in the Peace Corps. One daughter. Enjoying retirement from the Army. I work only if I want to.
