Served in the U.S. Army 1970-1972, married briefly during the 70s and divorced, worked for the U.S. Dept. of Justice for one year, retail management for 6, and began municpal government Human Resources work from 1978 to 2008, retiring from Montgomery County Government, Rockville, MD.  Moved to Rockville from Northern VA in 2004.  Have been sailing since 1974, and single parent of a
sweet, mostly Yellow Lab, Ayla from 2005 to present (2010).
