Home Inspector
Graduated in 1969. Taught HS at a naval military school in Pine Beach, NJ. Returned to the Philadelphia area the next year and married the girl across the street in 1970. Continue happily married today. Raised 3 great children, have two grandchildren. I own my own business, I've had a newspaper column since 1995, I train home inspectors and speak all over the country, I performed stand up comedy locally in Phila. for two years, and I still love music. Something I learned late at night in the dorms of HSC. We have a vacation home in Palm Coast, Fl. One last note, I ride a bicycle 80 to 100 miles every week from April to October. I am lucky to be very healthy.
