Retired.
I returned to Pittsburgh, Pa. after graduating from Hiram Scott College
in 1968. I was a substitute teacher for a year in several suburban
school districts around Pittsburgh. In 1969 I began working for U.S.
Steel in Homestead, Pa. as a quality control observer in the open
hearth. I left U. S. Steel in 1971 after a slow down in the steel
industry. I then began working for the Allegheny County Public Works
Department. I worked there for 25 years and I retired in December,
1997. I'm single and live in Pittsburgh, Pa. The education I received
at Hiram Scott College greatly helped me in my career, in life and
to be a better person. I enjoyed the faculty, students, Scottsbluff
and the hospitable people.
