For years after the demise
of the Hiram Scott College, Dr. Marinaccio was
asked to write a book about the
college. In July 2002, Dr. Marinaccio decided to
write it all down from the idea to the final chapter,
Dr.
Marinaccio wrote down his thoughts. It's very interesting.
The book takes events in chronological order from
Parsons College to the Scottsbluff Chamber of Commerce:
building the facility, hiring staff, recruiting students
and it's ultimate closure. It is very enlightening
- not what everybody thought at the time.
