The Reunion will be the
Weekend of
July 12-15, 2012
in Scottsbluff.
Butch Churchill of Northfield, Vermont is coordinating this event. These dates coincide with the City of Gering's Oregon Trail Days, so there will be plenty of entertainment from rodeos to concerts, to midways and chili cook off contests. The Drivin Dynamics will be there too. Lots of music and remembering the 60's. But that also means that you will have to make motel reservations early, as they fill up with familys coming back for the Oregon Trail Days celebration.

Our Official Headquarters will be the Scottsbluff Holiday Inn Express, 1821 Frontage Road, Scottsbluff. 1-800-HOLIDAY. The local number is 308-632-1000. They have a continental breakfast and we will have a Hospitality Room all for ourselves on the second floor across from the elevator. We have 25 rooms blocked off until June 30. The rooms are $124.95 plus tax.
We also have reserved 20 rooms at the Hampton inn on 301 West Highway 26 in Scottsbluff.

Motel reservations will be on your own, and if you don't book before June 30th they will be gone within minutes because of the Oregon Trail Days festivities.
Click on the "Links" from the menu on the left, then click on "Scottsbluff Hotels" and it will direct you to not only the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn but other motels in the area as well as some information on Scottsbluff.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Thursday July 12th
Check in at your hotel and wander over to theHoliday Inn Hospitality Room to see whats happening. Dinner is on your own, and you can decide that after you meet up with old friends at the Hospitality Room. The hospitality room is open to midnight. We will have refreshments, but if you want anything special; BYOB
Friday July 13th
1:00PM- 5:00PM - Guided tours of the Library Science Complex, Skinner Hall, The Tub, Cafeteri/Admin building, Consumer Power Building (classrooms), and if you want; The Lincoln Hotel and the Emery Hotel, as well as drive bys of anyplace in town you want to remember.
Saturday July 14th
10:00AM - 12:00PM Our group is scheduled to be actually in the Oregon Trail Parade. We will meet before and drive to Gering. and probably have some vehicle to ride on or in.We will have a banner made identifying the group.
Sunday, July 15th
6:00AM - 10:00AM - Breakfast - Place to be determined.
Hospitality Room open all day Sunday for those who want to stick around.
